April Goals

Happy April!  I’ve found it easier to make monthly goals for a few reasons.  First (and most importantly) I think that setting goals each month helps keep me on track.  Obviously there are some goals that will require a lot more effort than only one month, so I keep my monthly goals practical so I’m more likely to keep them:) I thought I’d share my goals for the month with you.

  1. Post to my Instagram account more consistently.  I’m not always the best at remembering to do that, but I would like to be better.  Sometimes I just don’t think about it or think that what I’m doing isn’t exactly “picture-worthy”, but sometimes it just nice to document or share something just because sooo I’m going to try to be better.  Speaking of Instagram…are you following me?  If not, please do!  instagram.com/bethsigala
  2. Read more.  I have a list of book recommendations in my phone, but I haven’t read anything in a few months.  I love that feeling I get when I’m so into what I’m reading that I can’t seem to put the book down!  Any book suggestions for me?
  3. Clean out my closet.  Now is the perfect time to go through my closet since the weather is changing and (fingers crossed!!!) the temps are not so bitterly cold.  It’s the perfect time to start packing up my winter clothes and to donate items that I didn’t wear or don’t want.  There is something about walking into a freshly cleaned and organized closet that I LOVE!

So there are my 3 goals for April.  I know none of them are life changing, but it makes me feel organized and accomplished…who knows I could complete all of them and add more if I wanted:)  I’ll be sure to update everyone to let you know how it went.  Do you set monthly goals?  If so I’d love to hear about them or maybe after reading this you’ll want to join me too!!!  If so let me know in the comments so we can hold each other accountable.
